2 c Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
tsp Cinnamon
1 T Sugar
2 lg Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
3 T Butter, melted
1 c Milk
c Pecan Pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar and whisk to combine. In a medium bowl, add the eggs vanilla, butter, and milk and whisk to combine. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until just combined. Fold in the pecan pieces.

To make waffles, Whisk 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add an additional 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the liquid ingredients. Fold the egg whites into the batter.
