1 Can Rotel tomato and chili, blended
12 oz. block of Pepper Jack cheese (we prefer Kroger Hot Pepper cheese)
12 oz. Velveeta
4 tbsp. Half and Half (approximate) or Heavy Cream, or Milk

Melt together cheese.
Mix in Rotel.
Add Half and Half to your desired consistency.

This used to be known as White Queso, but I have tweaked the recipe due to our family's flavor preference.
If you want White Queso, substitute Monterey Jack for Velveeta.
