1 3/4 all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten lightly
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend
While blending, slowly add water until mixture just begins to form a ball.
Add water drop by drop if the dough is too dry.
The dough should be firm but not sticky.
Blend the dough for 15 seconds to knead it.
Let dough stand, covered with an inverted bowl at room temp for 1 hour.

Use pasta roller or roll by hand and cut to desired specs.

Bring water to a rolling boil
Drop pasta for approx 3 minutes and drain.
