2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp oil
3 cups flour
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, stir 2 cups flour with salt, yeast, and sugar.
2. Add 2 cups warm water and oil and stir.
3. Slowly stirring add 3 more cups flour.
4. Knead 8-10 minutes.
5. Let rise till double in size
6. Punch down. Divide into 2 balls.
7. Roll each ball out to 12x15 inches. Then roll up. Pinch edges to seal.
8. Place on greased baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.
9. Beat egg white and 1 Tbsp water and brush over top. Cover and let rise again. Make 3 slashes in top
10. Bake 375’F x 40-45 minutes
