16 cups flour
¾ cup baking powder
3 Tbsp salt
½ cup milk powder
( optional- Mexican seasoning, garlic, oregano)
8 cups water
¼ cup veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk powder, optional spices.
2. Add water and oil.
3. Knead until smooth as little and gently as possible.
4. Roll into golf ball size.
5. Flatten to saucer size.
6. Fry quickly in oil turning once.
