1 lb sausage
2 - 3 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage.
Spray 13 X 9 in baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place cubed bread slices in dish. Add sausage.
Beat eggs and milk. Add mustard, salt and pepper to egg mixture.
Pour mixture over bread and sausage.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Refrigerate overnight, covered.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 - 45 minutes before baking.
Bake 45 minutes covered at 350º
