3 cups boneless cooked chicken or turkey ( leftovers work great)§
¾ cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup crushed ritz crackers original
¼ cup butter
1 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

1. Oven 350’F
2. 8x8” cake pan greased
3. Dice chicken into ½ inch cubes.
4. Mix sour cream, undiluted soup, and poppy seeds in bowl. Add chicken and mix. .
5. Pour into prepared pan.
6. Crush crackers until 1 cup full.
7. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
8. Spread evenly over chicken.
9. Cook approximately 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Good way to use leftover chicken or turkey.
I didn’t have cream of chicken soup so used cream of mushroom.
I didn’t have sour cream so used cup of milk with 1 Tbsp of lemon added.
It worked out fine. Tasted great.
Also, I think it would work with Stove top stuffing mixed with the butter instead of crackers.
