20 graham crackers, crushed
1 T. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1¾ c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar and margarine. Pat into the bottom of a square dish. Cream powdered sugar, margarine and egg substitute. Spread on top of crust followed by pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple and top with chopped walnuts and additional graham cracker crumbs.
