• 1 pound breakfast sausage, hot or mild
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 cups milk
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of pepper
• Biscuits, warmed, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown breakfast sausage. Once cooked thoroughly add in flour and stir. Cook for another minute or so before adding the milk. Continue to cook over low high, stirring occasionally. Once mixture starts to thicken add ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper (or more if you want) and continue stirring until it reaches the desired constancy. Then spoon over warmed biscuits and enjoy!
