Chicken Wings and Drumettes
Cornstarch
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare wings the day before

Coat wings with cornstarch and place on a rack in a baking sheet
Refrigerate overnight

Preheat oven to 450º

Roast wings for 15 minutes, turn and roast another 15 minutes until golden
During the last 10 minutes, drizzle lightly with olive oil
Broil for 3 minutes to achieve golden color
