1st Layer
1 1/2C Flour
2 sticks butter
1 C. chopped pecans

2nd Layer
8oz. Phil Cream Cheese
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 C. Cool Whip

3rd Layer
1 sm box Inst. Chocolate pudding
1 sm box Inst. Vanilla pudding
3 cups Milk

Top Layer
Large Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Blend together. Spread in pan.& pat down. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let Cool.

2nd Layer: Beat together. Spread on top of 1st layer

3rd Layer: Beat until getting thick. Spread on top of 2nd layer

Top Layer: Spread with Cool Whip
