1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Oats
1 tsp Salt
1/8 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Onions, minced

SAUCE:
1 cup Ketchup
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix first six ingredients together and set aside.

In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients; stir until combined. Pour 1/2 into meat mixture and stir to combine. Spread the other half on top.

Put into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.

I know you may not like meatloaf but one day you just might want to try it!

Personally, I think the sauce on top is a little too sweet so sometimes I just use ketchup on top.

I've tried a lot of meatloaf recipes and this one is my favorite. XOXOXOX
