Lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
Celery, chopped
Onion, sliced in pieces
English Peas (I use canned)
Bacon, broken into pieces
Mayonnaise
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, celery, onion, and peas (in this order). Can make 2 layers for a larger salad. On top of last layer, spread mayonnaise, add bacon and Parmesan cheese. Serve with crackers.
