1 lb. chopped carrot
1 lb. chopped onion
5-6 stalks chopped celery
6-8 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2-1 cup flour
1 can large tomato paste
2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 litre water
Salt & pepper to taste
Thyme
Bay leaf
Oregano
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan. Saute vegetables for a few minutes and then add flour. Stir well. Add tomato paste and mix in.
Add canned or crushed tomatoes. Stir in water and spices. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
