2⅔ c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
5 dozen chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until well blended. Add both sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Shape dough into small balls. Roll each in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and press a chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. Return to oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
