1.5 C Lemon juice
1/4 C Red wine vinegar
1/2 C Dijon mustard
1 T garlic, minced
2 T Kosher salt
2 T Black pepper, fine
1/4 C honey

1.5 QT Olive oil blend

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor except for oil.
Slowly add oil until it emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
Store in qt containers and label.
