Chicken breast
Crushed ritz crackers
2 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 t garlic powder
1 t Onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in bag with garlic and onion powder
Shake to cover all

Roll chicken in flour, then in eggs, and then in ritz crackers.

Heat 1T of olive oil

Place chicken in oil. Fry about 6 minutes on each side
