Favorite Recipe for 9 inch double crust pie
5 cups frozen four berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries & blackberries)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
1 tsp coarse sugar (to sprinkle on pie top)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon and gently stir into mixed berries. Pour into a pastry lined 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover with top crust, seal and flute edges, cut vent slits on top crust and sprinkle with 1 tsp. course sugar. Cover fluted edges with 2" strips of foil to prevent excessive browning of edges. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until crust is brown and pie bubbles in center. Remove foil the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking.

*Hint: Frozen berries should be partially thawed.
