1 2/3 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
3/4 t salt
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t gd nutmeg
1/4 t cloves
2 lg eggs
1 c canned pumpkin
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt, b. powder, nutmeg, cloves. Whisk together eggs, pumpkin, oil and water. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased 9X5 loaf pan. Bake approx. 65-70 min or util toothpick inserted in center coves out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove and cool on rack.

So good that I always make double recipe. Can use whole, small can, pumpkin when recipe doubled.
