8 ozs. cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp pimiento , chopped
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
¼ cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and butter.
2. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
3. Stir in pimento and onion.
4. Cover with saran wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
5. Remove chilled cheese, and using the saran wrap, form into a ball.
6. Coat with pecans and parsley.
7. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
