1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and butterscotch chips in saucepan and melt. Cool for 15 minutes. Add brown sugar, vanilla and egg - blend well. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture in saucepan. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix thoroughly and spread in 9 in square pan. Place a sheet of aluminum foil under pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Center will jiggle but is firm when cooled. Cut into squares - enjoy!
