2 cubes of butter
2 TBL Karo syrup
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 package of marshmallows

Either one cup of unpopped kernels or 4 bags of microwave popcorn

Melt the butter until it's kinda foamy and bubbly, then add everything except the vanilla and marshmallows. Those go in at the end
