4 Pork Chops (center cut)
Flour for coating chops
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Green Pepper
4 Slices Pineapple Rings
3 Tablespoons Sweet Pickles (chopped)
1/2 Cups Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Cider
1/2 Cup Water
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat chops with flour and brown in a skillet. Transfer to a casserole dish.

2. Cut the green pepper into slices and add the drippings from the chops and saute 4 minutes. Place a pineapple ring on top of each chop.

3. Place the green Pepper on the pineapple rings. Sprinkle the top with the chopped pickles.

4. Mix pineapple juice, cider, sugar, soy sauce, with the corn starch and cook in skillet used for browning and cook until thick and clear. About 4 minutes.

5. Pour sauce over pork chops and bake 1 hour at 375ºF.

6. Serve with white rice.
