10 oz. baby spinach leaves
1 quart strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced & quartered
1/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries, onion and almonds.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Cover, and chill for one hour. Pour dressing over salad, and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
