4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/3 cup chipotle pepper sauce (like Tabasco)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste (or chopped garlic)
24 jumbo frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled & deveined
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat a stove top grill pan over medium heat or heat up BBQ grill. Melt butter in a medium size glass bowl (big enough to toss the shrimp in later) in microwave then whisk in honey, Tabasco, tomato paste and garlic until blended. Place bowl back in microwave.

Spray shrimp with olive oil cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Grill shrimp 2 minutes per side or until just cooked through. While shrimp are grilling, microwave hot sauce mixture 2 minutes until bubbling. Add shrimp to hot sauce and toss until well coated.

Can be served with pasta, rice or a salad.
