Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 loaf Bridgford Bread Dough (yellow pkg w/red writing found in freezer section of grocery), thawed OR use Bridgford Parkerhouse rolls
garlic salt
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of butter in 13 x 9" pan. If pan is too large for microwave, melt butter in a bowl and pour into pan. Cut loaf into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into an oblong shape. Then coat each dough in the melted butter and place them into two rows of eight. Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise 3-6 hours. It will take longer when the weather is cold. When ready to bake, sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Follow instructions to thaw 1 loaf of bread dough. I prefer to use the Bridgford rolls instead. That eliminates the cutting of the dough. Make in the morning and they will rise by dinner time.
