Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 stalk of celery
1 t. basil
1 t. parsley
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
3 carrots
3 potatoes
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and celery to meat and saute. Add spices and chicken broth and chopped carrots and potatoes. Cook until vegies are tender. Add milk and cheese. Thicken with 2 T. cornstarch..
