Ingredients: 2 LB LEAN HAMBURGER MEAT 1 PACKAGE EKRICH SMOKES SAUSAGE 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED FINE 1/2 CUP KETCHUP 5-6 SHAKES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE CHILI POWEDER TO TASTE GARLIC FRESH OR POWDER TO TASTE CELERY POWDER TO TASTE 16 OZ JAR PACE PICANTE HALF HOT & HALF MEDIUM 2 CANS RANCH STYLE BEANS WITH SAUCE (LOW SALT)

Directions:IN DEEP HEAVY PAN SEPARATELY BROWN MEAT 1st DRAIN WELL( 2 lb at a time flattened out fits perfectly in our big pan) POOR INTO LARGE POT, DO NOT CLEAN PAN BROWN SAUSAGE IN SINGLE LAYER INCRIMENTS ON BOTH SIDES DRAIN PAN,POOR INT POT DO NOT CLEAN PAN,LASTLY ADD OIL (VEG. OR OLIVE) SAUTE ONIONS DRAIN.
PUT EVERYTHING IN THE LARGE SOUP POT AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. SIMMER AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR LONGER. DON'T OVER STIR IT WILL GET MUSHY SERVE OVER WHITE RICE OR FRITTOS
