5 cup flour
2 Tbs active dry yeast
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough, knead well. Let rise until double for about 20 minutes. roll onto 2 large stones.

If you only need one crust the other half of dough can be put in a plastic bag that has been well sprayed with Pam. Put in freezer. When ready to use get out of freezer at least 8 hours before to allow dough to thaw and rise.
