2 1/2 cup Blackberries ( Can substitute Blueberries, or Peaches)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Milk
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
If using Blackberries or Blueberries add the sugar to the berries and let set for about 20-25 minutes. This coax the juices tout of the berries.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and milk with a wooden spoon. Then stir in the melted butter.
Prepare a baking pan with Pam or other spray.
pour the batter in the pan. Then pour the berry mixture over the batter. Don't mix. The batter will bake up through the berry mixture.
Bake 45 - 55 minutes.
