1 Package Lemon Cake Mix ( Duncan Hines )
1 Package Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
4 Eggs
Cup Salad Oil
Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well until smooth 10-12 minutes by hand. then 2 minutes by electric mixer.
Put contents in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
 

Lemon Cake Frosting


Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Salad Oil
2 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, when cake is done prick over top with fork then put the frosting over top while in pan and cake is hot.
