12 eggs, separate all
1 quart half & half
1 quart whipping cream
1/2 gallon whole milk
2-1/2 cups sugar
fifth of clear rum
fifth of brandy
nutmeg, fresh (preferred) to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg whites and yolks. Whip whites until peaks form with a mixer. While doing that, whisk yolks and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Fold whites into yolk mixture, then add all cream and milk, continuously stirring/mixing. Add booze. Stir well. Make at least one day prior....best if made five days ahead. Shake or stir before pouring. Garnish with nutmeg.
