1 pound lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 tablespoons butter

1-1/4 cups low-sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Spray a foil-lined broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.** Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 4 oval patties.

Arrange patties on prepared pan. Broil, turning once, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Saute until translucent, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle in flour. Cook, stirring continually, about 2 minutes.

Gradually stir broth into skillet. Cook, stirring continually, until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Stir parsley. Pour onion gravy over patties.

**Patties can be cooked in a skillet instead of broiler. Brown thoroughly on each side until well-browned. Set aside and tent with foil until onion gravy is done. Then pour onion gravy over patties.
