1-1/2 cups canola or vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 envelopes ranch dressing mix
3 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 16 oz (pkg) saltine crackers (4 sleeves)

Directions:
Directions:
Grab a huge Ziploc bag, at least a gallon or more. Mix all ingredients-(except the crackers)-mix well
Place crackers in bag - pour the mixture over the crackers. (you can use 2 bags and split the crackers and mixture) Seal the bag and turn the bag over and over again coating the crackers with the spice mixture
The more you do this the better the crackers will be coated. Then let it set for 45 min. to 1 hour
and repeat turning the bag over and over. (do this 3-4 more times) Allow the bag to sit for at least 12 hours (overnight is best) Now it's time to remove and EAT!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These crackers are very addictive, and can be served alone or with cheese.
You may add more crushed red pepper flakes - if you would like them more spicy.
