1. Farali Premix flour 1 kg
2. Yeast 50 g
3. Gluten 10 g
4. Farali Salt 15 g
5. Water 500 ml
6. Oil 60 ml
7. Calcium Powder 5 g
8. Sugar ( Normal) 50 g

Directions:
1. In a bowl add sugar, salt, fresh yeast some water and mix well for 2-3mins or till sugar dissolves a little.
2. In another bowl take wheat flour add bread improver and gluten powder and mix all the dry ingredients well.
3. Now add all these dry ingredients to the yeast mixture keep adding water and knead a soft dough.
4. Now add oil and keep kneading for 5-7mins.
5. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10mins.
6. Cut the dough into required portions and again let it rest for 10-15mins.
7. Now tap the dough to remove air and place in a greased mould to prove.
8. The proving will take approximately 45mins or till the dough has raised double its volume.
9. After the dough has been proved spray it with water & place it in preheated oven and bake it for 15mins at 230C.
10. Remove the tray from the oven once baked and demould the loaf after 5mins.
11. Apply oil for soft crust, let the bread cool and make even slices.
12. Pack it in a plastic bag. Consume it within 3-4days.
