Meatballs:
2 lbs. ground beef
3 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
½ cup milk
2 tsps. salt
1 ½ tsps. paprika

Sauce:
16 oz. catsup
8 oz. barbeque sauce
2 cups water
2 Tbsps. brown sugar
2 tsps. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cocktail meat ball ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape into round balls (smaller than ping pong ball size) and place on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and flip. Also flip cookie sheets. Bake for another 15 minutes. Remove meatballs from cookie sheets to drain on paper towels. Meatballs can be frozen up to two weeks if placed in freezer bags and stored horizontally.

In a crockpot, stir together sauce ingredients, cover and bring to a simmer. Add meatballs. Simmer for 1 hour or longer if meatballs are frozen.

This recipe comes from my Lansdowne neighbor, Marilyn Myers. Her husband Richard, told me that Marilyn's is the best cocktail meatball recipe ever. Thirty seven years later and it's still the best!
