1 Tbsp - Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp - Onion Powder
1 tsp - Fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp - white pepper
2 Tbsp - smoked Paprika
1 tsp - dry mustard powder
3 Tbsp - seasoned salt (Lowry's)
1 Tbsp - chili powder
1 tsp - cayenne powder OR 1/4 tsp Habanero powder

Works well with Beef, Pork, Poultry

Directions:

1) mix all ingredients in a bowl or shaker jar.
2) apply liberally to meat and smoke or grill.

Recipe is "medium Hot"
To increase heat use more cayenne powder or chipotle/Ancho chili powder.
To reduce the heat, add brown or cane sugar in 1 Tbsp increments.

May 2016: for ribs, added 2 Tbsp cane sugar to the recipe. Gave it a nice "sweet heat" profile
