2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
18-oz. jar raspberry preserves
2 sleeves Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, mayo, pecans and green onions. Mix well. Spread evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Spread the raspberry preserves over the top in an even layer. Chill for a minimum of one hour before serving. Serve with Ritz crackers.
