12 fresh habanero chilies
1 mango, peeled
1 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Throw everything into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Now transfer this to a saucepan and simmer on a high heat for 5 minutes. Cool and transfer to jars.
