Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
3 chipotle chillis, from can
2 tablespoons of adobo sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
hot sauce for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the beef with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. If you have time, allow the mixture to rest for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator. This will ensure the heat from the chipotle chilis is evenly spread throughout the meat.
2. Shape the beef mixture into 4 patties and Broil/Grill/Fry each burger for 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is fully cooked.
3. Serve on toasted burger buns with lots of hot sauce and your choice of melted cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Suggested burger topping: try refried beans, guacamole and sour cream.
