½ tsp olive oil
1 ½ C chopped onion
1 lb ground lean turkey
1 C BBQ sauce (sweet baby rays)
2-15 oz can butter beans
2-15 oz can kidney beans
1-28 oz can baked beans
¾ C brown sugar, packed
⅓ C apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add ground turkey and brown.
2) Drain excess liquid and add meat and onion mixture to crock pot, along with the rest of the ingredients.
3) Heat on high for 2-3 hours, on low for 4-5 hours (though it won’t be bad cooked longer).

: Soooooo much protein and carbs! great for post-hike/snowshoe/cross-country skiing meal, and the house smells amazing when you get back from your fun!
