2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook on medium heat, stir a lot, until rolling boil. When soft ball forms, when dropped in cup of water, it is done. Serve in bowls with a dab of butter. Serve with hot biscuits.
