Directions:
Boil jars or sanitize in dish washer, you want to use hot jars. Add spices. Pack peppers tightly in jars. Boil Vinegar and water. Turn heat off for 10 minutes, then pour into packed jars.
Wipe jar rims place new canning lid and ring, do not over tighten. Leave on counter to cool. As they cool they should self-seal. When completely cool put in frig. Do not open for at least 3 weeks.

Pickles:
I use Mrs. Forrey’s recipe for my pickles. I usually make a few jars when pickling cucs and dill are in season. Easy to get at any farmers market. My ratio is 1 ˝ cups of vinegar to 4 ˝ cups of water, but you can experiment for your own taste. Add the pickling spice and dill in addition to Marge’s spices.
