1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken & mushroom soup
1/4 lb Velveeta, grated (or cut into small cubes)
10 ounce pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add onion. Sautee' until clear. Add soup, broccoli & cheese, stirring until cheese has melted. Add cooked rice. Mix well and pour into greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 325º.
