• 1 ¼ cups (5 ounces) Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup (2 ounces) grated asiago cheese/divided
• ½ cup fat free sour cream
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 (8 ounce) block fat free cream cheese, softened
• 1 (6.5 ounce) tub light garlic & herb spreadable cheese (I used Alouette light)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Combine mozzarella, half asiago, sour cream, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir until completely blended
3. Coat baking dish with cooking spray, pour dip in
4. Sprinkle the remaining asiago cheese on top.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 min. or until light brown or bubbling.

Favorite Memory
On Thanksgiving Day in 2016, I made the dip and it was gone in 15 minutes, a holiday favorite!
