1.5 cups shelled whole Brazil nuts
1.5 cups shelled walnuts
1 cup pitted whole dates
1 cup chopped candied orange peel
.5 cup candied red cherries
.5 cup candied green cherries
.5 cup seedless raisins

¾ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

Mix dry ingredients in a sifter and sift over fruit and nuts.

Beat eggs until light, add vanilla, then blend with other ingredients.

Pour into 9” tube pan (oiled and floured) and press nuts and fruit down until batter covers them.

Bake at 300 for 2 hours, until firm on top.
