1 lbs Bacon
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 onion...chopped
5 tbl flour
2 cups sour cream
2 lbs. frozen corn, thawed
1 tbl minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bacon up and fry it. While it is cooking, chop the peppers and onion.
Take the bacon out of the grease and out of the pan and lay it on a paper towel.
Use the grease to cook the onion and pepper.
After that has almost cooked all the way, add the minced garlic and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of butter.
Add 5 tbl of flour to make a "rue"...you might want to salt and pepper it, too.
Let it cook for about 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat and add sour cream and corn.
Dump it in a baking pan....it looks just throw up, but tastes SOOO good!
Cook for about 30-40 minutes on 350.
