8oz. Hard Salami or Reg. Salami (diced)
8oz. Fully Cooked Ham(diced)
8oz. Bologna (diced)
4oz. Provolone Cheese (diced)
4oz. American Cheese diced)
2 Medium Tomatoes (diced)
1 Medium Red Onion (chopped)

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

French bread, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 1/2 quart bowl combine the salami,, ham, bologna, cheeses, tomatoes, and onion.,
In a separate bowl, , mix the mayo,olive oil garlic salt and oregano.Pour over the meat mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Serve with french bread slices or split hoagie buns

I cut the meat and cheese in bite size squares. And I use sub buns cut in half. Add shredded lettuce, if desired.
