2 TB vinegar
½ tsp. thyme
⅓ cup catsup
⅓ cup BBQ sauce
⅓ cup chili sauce
1 to 1 ½ lbs hamburger
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain off fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer for about 15-30 minutes.

Serve in flour tortillas or hard shell.

Add hamburger, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, cottage cheese, sour cream, salsa, or whatever you like on your tacos.
