4 chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
1 can cheese soup
2 cups salsa
1 cup sour cream
chicken broth
tortilla chips
cooked rice
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, add chicken, cheese soup, salsa and sour cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add chicken broth as needed. Serve on top of hot rice and/or tortilla chips.
